Amazon.com Product Description An ideal kickboxing trainer for weight loss and cardiovascular health, the Health Mark BT22000 dual-pad kickboxing station offers a pair of padded arms along the sides and an inflatable speed bag in the middle, giving you several punching and kicking targets. The pair of foam-padded arms is fully adjustable, so you can position them at a 45-degree angle up, a 45-degree angle down, or horizontal. As a result, you can design several different workouts depending on which muscles you want to exercise. The inflatable speed bag, meanwhile, is equipped with a foam-covered coil spring that provides outstanding reflex action. Perhaps best of all, the kickboxing station sports six height positions--from 46 to 56 inches--helping it accommodate both children and adults. Other details include a 48-inch wingspan, soft vinyl-covered target zones on the pads to cushion the fists, a pump for the speed bag, and a stabilizing base that holds either water or sand.
Customer Reviews:
Not really what I expectedDecember 1, 2008 I expected this to be a little more stable; when you kick/punch the arms, the entire pole swings around. No need for cushioning on the pads; they don't stay still anyway.
It's still a decent piece of equipment, and doesn't take up much room. I'll figure out how to deal with the swinging arms, but I'm not crazy about them.
