Almost PerfectDecember 23, 2008 The 2-in-1 rope is a great product and provides a great workout. The only negative is the plastic handles that are easliy breakable if you drop the rope with the weights inside (as I did). Overall a great product.

I just bought this jump rope and I have falling in love with it. This is one of the Jumprope that work for 2 type of training: cardio and upper body strength. I highly recommend people buy this product because Jumproping is one of the easiest exercise to remove every body fat in your body, improve your endurance, and with the removable weights build in this jump rope, you can work on your arm at the same time! My last comment is if you are a boxer or someone that seek fun while exercising, I highly recommend this product.
