I've been sick as the proverbial dog! I've definitely dropped some weight but not in a good way; rather in an exhausting, flaked out, hollow kind of way.
So I'm starting again. I'm sure my previous false start won't be wasted but I'm feeling a bit iffy about that initial burn that will kick in again. I'd upped my stamina threshold and it's annoying starting (almost) from scratch.
Anyway, I'm off to give it my current best and we'll see what happens...
