Training Plan

Can someone please help me, I'm a beginner boxer and I'm using the boxing mini course. In it, it says to use workout A on m,w,f. And use workout B on t,th. After that it follows up with a heavy bag workout. It was not clear on when should I do the heavy bag workout. Should it be one of the days throughout the week? Or should it be on the weekend? Or should it be done everyday?

Depends on your goals at the

Depends on your goals at the moment. If you're really new to boxing/exercise, then you'll probably want to do either the boxing or the conditioning meaning you would do the boxing workout anywhere from 2-5 times a week and possibly putting in one of the other workouts on the other two days, or do the conditioning workouts 5 times a week and substituting the boxing workout on one or two of those days.

If you're level of fitness can handle it, the ideal situation is a split routine where you do the conditioning workouts (A, B) each morning and then the boxing workout in the evening alternating between boxing and plyometric workout.

That training plan was not designed to give you a prolonged training plan to achieve specific goals. It provides you options for working out and you can mix them together as suits you. The step by step training you might be looking for is part of the Inner Ring.
