Hi all, it's been awhile since I've been able to access the site and I see a lot of new faces here. That's great. Just to let you know, my real job (with the army) has me working away from a computer until at least 12 Aug 05. When I can, I intend on getting on here and adding some more material, but right now, pretty much impossible. I'm currently home visiting my family for the weekend, so I stole a couple of moments to let you all know what is going on.
While I'm away from the computer, I have been working on some new material which will be posted when I get back. I'm sure you'll all like what is in store. A list is below with no specific end or start dates. If there is anything else you'd like to see, let me know, just comment on this.

Features to be added - the How to Box roadmap:
1. Video coaching service - will not only allow you to upload videos of your technique for critique, but also will provide you with videos and pictures of proper technique to go along with the text on the site.
2. Expanded listings of gyms in North America, followed by the world.
3. Fight database - much like boxingrec.com but will also include actual fight footage (assuming I can convince those who tape the fights to submit them)
4. Specific training regimens - skipping, plyometrics, medecine ball training, strength training, nutrition, cardio, endurance, stamina, and so on... Specific programs for set length of times for you to follow.
5. Workout recording - ability to log your workouts in your blog so you can track your progress.
6. Newsletter - to keep you informed of what you want to be informed of on this site.
That's my plans for now. I'm also looking at putting all of this into a hard copy book. Like to know if anyone would be interested in paying for something like that. It would include all of the information on the site, workout schedules, meal planner, and workout log. I figure a pricetag of about $29 would be attached. What do you think?
