"I just read our web site and it is remarkable, I am totally new to the "art" of boxing and the basics. Other than some good old street brawls I HAVE NO training other than watching boxing on the television or picking up pointers from some of my associates as the shadow each other. However your very basic approach is exactly what I have been looking for years. Within the last 24 hrs my wife thinks I want to be a ring fighter(I don't) I 35 just would like to keep the flies off of me (smile). But I do want to thank you for this web site..."

"Badass website!! Very helpful. I train as a boxer and get my cardio elsewhere." Ryan H.

"Yo Aaron, Hi, how are you?
I just stumbled across your web site and it was exactly what i was lookin for .
i have most the equipment but now thanks to your site i have a workout that i can use to train in this awesome way to keep fit (Boxing).
I am 35 now and i was in boxing when i was younger i think i was 12, but only for about 6 months, but i think i got kinda scared when i had to spar with  the golden glove of alberta in our club one night and as you say i was probly doin alot of droppin the shoulder cause that kid knew my every move...
and he really worked me  but i feel that it is now a great way to keep off those extra pounds and gain strength ,speed, endurance, and confidence that i feel slipping away as i get older so once again thanks and ill let ya know what happins
Cory

"Aaron, Just came across your site tonite and it's very impressive. I've never been one thats been into the whole "health club" workout, so your site is a welcome relief. I boxed as a kid (i'm 42 now) and have always kept up some kind of boxing training over the years. I'm in Southern California, and there are very few boxing gyms nearby, so I have a heavy bag in the garage and do it all at home. Thanks for all the great workout routines and discriptions, punches, etc. and keep up the good work." T.A.G.

"For a long time i went through the same thing you did, going through the internet finding nothing but knowledge for sale. Your site is exactly what i've been looking for being that i dont have the funds to buy books and im really interested in boxing and training. I've been trying to get back into the shape i was in highschool and figured boxing is probably the best way to go. when i was in highschool i was 213 pounds at my lightest. After i tore my ACL in a football game and had surgery i packed on a lot of weight, peaking this year at 267 pounds. Thats when i decided that i really needed to do something. I put myself on a diet and brought my weight down to 243 pounds. Its getting harder to lose weight being that im a little older and my metabolism is slowing a little. And the fact that i've always been a bulky guy doesn't help. So i figured a good intense cardio workout will help me get that extra edge i need to loose the rest of the weight. Again thanks for the advice, if i could i would send donations. Maybe when im rich eh? Peace" Danny I.

"Hello! It is good to meet you. I enjoyed your website and thought it had alot of good information. I am getting into boxing for fitness and possibly competition later. I am now 30 years of age. I took a few boxing lessons in college but had to focus more on my studies due to research papers and exams. I graduated and I would like to get back into boxing." S.C.

And there are a whole lot more where they came from.  Again, thanks for the kind words...

It's the boxers who attract the real women, after all, with their raw primeval strength, beautifully toned bodies and just a touch of vulnerability.
