Tate Deschamps Fundraiser

It's not often that you are presented with an opportunity to help someone who is actually deserving.  Today you have that opportunity.

tate deschamps fundraiserMeet Tate Deschamps.  He is the owner of Deschamps Boxing in Pembroke, ON.  He is my coach and trainer and he gives unselfishly of his time to ensure wannabe boxers like myself learn the skills and drills necessary to compete.  He is an excellent coach, a proud father, and a genuine human being.

A few weeks ago he attended the Canadian National Kickboxing Training Camp and was selected for the team.  He is now fighting in the WKA World Championships this coming November in Niagara Falls, NY, USA.  In order to prepare for the fight, he is fighting in Niagara Falls, ON, Canada at the beginning of October.  Needless to say, in order to do this, he has to raise some funds to pay for travel expenses, food, and babysitting.  Unfortunately, the support from Canada's sports agencies is not exactly all encompassing.

He will make it to the fights and will probably do incredibly well with or without your support, but as owner of How to Box, I sincerely hope you will find it in the goodness of your hearts to help him raise his goal of $2000.00 to offset the costs he will incur in order to compete.

Any amount is welcomed and you can either make a donation by Paypal (

I want to keep fighting because it is the only thing that keeps me out of the hamburger joints. If I don't fight, I'll eat this planet.
