Your search for boxing information, tips, and lessons is over...

If you want to learn how to box whether it is just to keep in shape or because you want to be the next Lennox Lewis, you are in the right place.

I was in your position not long ago, wandering around the web looking for a site which could teach me everything I wanted to know about boxing.

I was looking for the kind of equipment I should buy, how to use that equipment, how to throw punches, combinations, defense, everything associated with learning how to box.

Problem was that there are very few websites that I could find teaching these things. I found lots with the results of the latest fight, and sites selling books about learning to box but information on actually getting involved in the sport was hard to come by.

So, I decided to try and help out anyone else out there interested in learning how to box and put up this site.

I sincerely hope you find it half as useful as I think it is. If not, feel free to let me know so I can improve.
