This workout is designed for those of you looking for an inexpensive way to get in shape. To do it, you will require theraband which is extremely inexpensive and durable. It can be rolled up and taken whereever you go. Even if you follow another program, I recommend you get yourself a set of theraband in case you take a holiday, business trip, or for some reason miss your gym workout. Theraband can also be used in boxing specific workouts in order to provide resistance to punches.
Equipment you require:
- Theraband Exercise Bands: Light Resistance Pack (1 Thin, 1 Medium, 1 Heavy)
- Theraband Exercise Bands: Heavy Resistance Pack (1 Heavy, 1 Extra Heavy, 1 Super Heavy)
- Theraband Accessories (Handles, Door Anchor, Ankle Strap)
