Equipment Required
How to Do This Exercise
First stand with feet shoulder-width apart, with knees slightly bent,and with your arms at side
Second jump up bringing knees completely up to your chest three times.
Third remember to reduce ground contact time by landing soft on feet and springing into air immediately after landing.
Fourth land on balls of feet and immediately go into a sprint for the recommended distance.
