Cardio Tip.

One of the most intense cardio workouts I have ever experienced was one that we used on the crew team at my college. The standard equipment for off water rowing is called and ergonomics machine. You dial up the amount of resistance you want, and then start rowing. It really puts a lot of work on your core, and legs. Since most of your punching power comes from those areas, it is a great idea, since you develop the muscles there along with your cardio workout. It helps develop explosive power in the legs on higher settings which will allow you to get in close fast. Try to row a 2000 meter length at 2:00 or less. If anybody is interested in this type of workout and the benefits feel free to send me a PM or post a topic concerning it.
