My normal training to date (saterday 11th augest 2007) is strechs to start off with. i do these befor exesise and after to make risk of injury tiny. after the warm up streatches i take a jog around the gym(when i go to training) or up and down my road a few times.

i don't sprint or walk i merely jogg at a easy speed without getting a stitch. after that i would normally skip for about 4-8 minutes. i have not yet marsterd the art of skipping but im getting better :D hehe. after that if im at training i will help set up the sparing rings.

after THAT! we normaly have sprints, jogs, press-ups, sit-ups, ground and pound(if know what this is skip it, it is when you have to do 20 press ups or sit ups then sprint over to a heavy bag smack it 20 times come back do 15 press ups then 15 punches then 10 press ups and 10 punches and so on) and then mainly sparing and heavy bags. we also work on our techqnice on thursday(still mastering that lean back thing:D).

but at home its a diffrent story. if i have no boxing that day i will skip for about 30 minutes if you add up all the segments through the day. do about 30-70 press ups if you add it all up and thats all the training i do at home really i mostly just skip and do press-ups. Theres some pictures and a video ive attached wich i took on my mobile phone lets see if it works.

My training also consumes a lot of shadow boxing with weights in my hands to keep my mucles strong, fast and to correct posture. In my Opion i think the main nutrintion for moxing that you need to eat is plenty of fruit less fatty stuff like chips crisps sausauge. instead off a choclate bar try having a fruit cerial bar or something.

And lots of water!! this is a must. in my training gym they won't let you train unless you have atleast 1 litre of water fluids. none off this lucozade or powerade i no they help in some sports but in boxing, my trainer says no one likes water but you have to drink it its tough if you don't want to. if you don't want to drink it you obvisouly haven't got enough determination to evan start training let alone fight competivly. It's the boxers who attract the real women, after all, with their raw primeval strength, beautifully toned bodies and just a touch of vulnerability.
