It's just a job. Grass grows, birds fly, waves pound the sand. I beat people up.

Keep trying, You should
Keep trying, You should really read the how to box section of this site, no offense. you should also shadow box with no gloves, just bare hands or wraps.
One thing to Work On
Rather than pick you completely apart, here's one thing to work on. Perfect it, then I'll give you something else.
Make your punches go straight out and back. At times, it looks as though you are slapping or pawing with your punches (reminded me of a cat). Anyways, start with your jab and throw it straight out from your chin and then snap it back. Your elbow shouldn't be swinging so far out. Keep everything locked in a straight line.
Give that a go and when that is working, we can offer some more advice.
Hope you have thick skin - don't take the negative comments to heart - they are constructive criticism - use what you can from them and forget the rest.
SHADOW BOXING
First off, pretend their is someone going toe to toe with you. Your opponent is swinging hard and bobbing and weaving. Now try to concentrate on that imaginary opponent and not concentrate on the music. Music is great to get you pumped up, but even if their is great music playing in the background when you are in a fight, you are paying so much attention to your opponent you have no idea what music is playing. Remember, your video clip is going to be picked apart by boxers, for boxing only. No points for style.
