See I am a beginer boxer of only been boxing for about 3 months now. My first fight was one of my most fun matches for me. This is how it went:

(Not reaveling any names)

I Was Nervous as hell, my first fight at age 15. I was excited and pumped up. I entered the ring all energetic and crap jumping around throwing uppercuts waiting for my opponent to come into the ring. It was this big Ivan drago looking dude that came in. I was maad scared at that moment. I was confident though. I was all fired up and ready to fight.

Several Minutes later we finally were introduced to everybody etc. and crap. We touched gloves and the bell rang. I was cautious feelin' this guy out seeing what he had. I could see I was Way faster than this monster. I caught him with three quick right jabs (I fight southpaw) and just kept moving. I kept slapping him with the 1-2 1-2 1-2. Suddenly he came out of nowhere with a right hand to my jaw. It hurt like hell.

I then seen how hard this guy could hit and tried not to get hit as much. I got in an uppercut to the belly and a right jab to the temple. He jabbed at me I quickly dodged it and countered with a right hook to his eye. The bell rang it was a quick round. I was Pumped. My trainer was yelling crap into my ear but I wasn't really paying attention all I herd was watch his Right hand. The bell rang and I was up again. I jabbed his eye twice when that right hand of his hit me in the stomach. I couldn't breathe, his hand was quickly followed by a left hook too my cheek. I didn't feel the left hook I was too busy worrying about the pain in my stomach. I took a knee too get my crap together. I was pissed after that. I told the reff I was good to go. I came at the guy with 2 jabs and an upper cut to his chin. He threw to punches at me and he caught me with one right to my forehead.

I Uppercutted him in his stomach twice and Hooked him in the nose with my right hand. He went flying to the ground. I couldn't believe it. He was counted out.I was so happy. My first fight and I win by Knock out in the second round with less than a minute to go. My trainer ever since then called me Stone fists.

I have always adhered to two principles. The first one is to train hard and get in the best possible physical condition. The second is to forget all about the other fellow until you face him in the ring and the bell sounds for the fight.
