well finally went and done it.... joined a local boxing club, more for the training. As i get better might consider sparing !!!!! My 2 young sons have joined with me, 11 and 14 dead kean. Will let you know how we get on. At home I have a heavy bag, upercut bag, double ended bag and speed ball, skipping ropes and an assortment of weights. We all use them, eldest son is good on the focus pads, has a good right hand.
