I live in a small town with no real formal boxing gym. i have to go to my local gym for my weight lifting and to do my workout routines. then i have to go back home to do my boxing. i have the essentials a speed bag, heavy bag,varoius free weight and work out tools. i have to invite freinds and famliy over to (spar) train with. we use 16oz gloves, have one person referee to keep it legal. we are working up to 3min rounds. we currently do multiple 1min round depending on whos boxing. we video tape all fight and fight about 2 days a week. good fitness, good fun, good training. will keep you posted. that is if there is some one reading to keep posted. lol

I think you'd be surprised to find out how many people actually read it. Keep posting and I for one, would love to see some of those videotaped fights.
