I'm in my 4th week of the program (and loving it), I am noticing I have extra energy following workouts and feel I can do more. I don't want to overdo it but would it be beneficial to do some extra work since i'm trying to lower the body fat rather than build muscle (at this stage)?
Also, can I do anything on the rest days (even walking to burnn calories) or should they be left purely for rest?
