Hi, Congrats on the site. I am trying to get a username and password and then I will be making a donation as a thanks for the hard work your putting in. I want to start the 12 week routine a.s.a.p, I have filled in the details and it says it will send me an e-mail but I keep checking and nothing has arrived. How long does it normally take?
