Do It Yourself
All of the workouts available are on this site complete with instructions, exercise demonstrations and suggested numbers of reps/sets rounds and so on. They are organized throughout the site depending on what section you are in. For instance, the How to Box 12 week program, phase 1 workouts are all listed on that page. Strength training workouts are listed under strength training and all workouts are listed on the combined workout page by category. Problem is, you can't see them unless you follow these instructions.
Online Training
Some people require a little more motivation. If you are one of them, then let me train you. I have successfully helped a lot of people reach target weights and fitness and skill levels. I have pushed them to reach the pinnacle of their physical abilities. You start out with the same basic programs and I adjust them according to what you need and how you react to the training. I provide you with a meal plan and ensure you understand how to eat to train.
