Instructions

This is a bodyweight workout and it is incredibly intense. Good luck.

It's a count down from 25 and the exercises involved are:

You do this in rounds with every 2nd round requiring you to do 5 pull ups or 5 chin ups.  The easiest way to explain this is with an example.  When you are done, you will have completed:

  • 60 chinups/pullups
  • 325 bench dips
  • 325 push ups
  • 325 abdominal reps

Round One:

  • Do 5 pull ups
  • Do 25 pushups
  • Do 25 abdominal crunches
  • Do 25 bench dips

Round Two:

  • Do 24 pushups (wide or standard)
  • Do 24 abdominal crunches (or any type of ab exercise)
  • Do 24 bench dips

Round Three:

  • Do 5 pullups or chinups
  • Do 23 pushups (wide or standard)
  • Do 23 abdominal crunches (or any type of ab exercise)
  • Do 23 bench dips

Get the picture?  Continue on until you get to 0.  You don't have to keep the exercises in order, but you do have to complete the number of reps for that exercise for that round before moving on to the next round.  Notice that you do a set of 5 pull ups or chin ups every second round.

As well, you don't have to finish one exercise before doing the next.  For instance, you can do 10 pushups, 10 bench dips, 15 pushups, 15 bench dips -- just as long as you do the entire number of reps required.

How much time do you rest between rounds?  As much time as you require, but obviously the intensity is greater the quicker you move on to the next round.

Too easy?  Start at 30 reps and work your way down, or 40, or 50...
