White Collar fighting

I was wondering if there is anyone that lives in the Surrey/Delta area of BC, Canada that would be interested in a white collar fight against me as I'm looking for someone that is between the weight of 190 and 200 pounds. I go to the Suitela Boxing gym in Surrey and I would like to try doing a white collar fight with someone in the weight that I've mentioned.
