Rockycash, you are no way too old. I'm 26 and have just started Muay Thai Kickboxing, and there are people 30+ years old starting out too. Wish I'd have started earleir, it's great fun. Excellent site by the way author, best I've found on the net!

You're never too old to
You're never too old to start. My old club was run by a guy who was easily close to 70. Even still, you manage to see people in their mid-30s doing professional fights. There's no reason you couldn't start boxing at 23. The only difference between you and an 18 year old is time and experience level.
