While this forum is the place for you to post asking for personalized help, it is rare to get a response. Instead, your questions are turned into articles that benefit everyone. So, if you need help, be as specific as possible. Don't just generally say, I need help to lose 10lbs, etc... That information is already on the site - read it.

Don't ask for a personalized training plan. The How to Box 12 Week Boxing Training Plan is designed for that. If you need to gain muscle - there is a training plan for that as well. Weight loss is covered in the boxing nutrition portion of the site.

As you can see, it's all here and if it isn't, that is when you can ask your question and expect a response. If you don't help yourself first, don't expect anyone else to help you either.
