When i was young i experienced a football injury that strained muscles in my neck. Over the years it has not allowed the muscles in my back to develop properly (specifically my thorasics). This has made the top right corner of my torso curl in towards my chest. I started boxing so that i may learn how to correct my posture and form and finally be able to be comfortable and confident. What is the best way to make sure you're always throwing a perfect punch? And what can i do to make sure the right muscles in my forearms are being developed? Thanks

That was always the difference between Muhammad Ali and the rest of us. He came, he saw, and if he didn't entirely conquer -- he came as close as anybody we are likely to see in the lifetime of this doomed generation.
