Hey guys well i just wanted help again but this time with my jab how do you get it faster and stronger at the same time? I could do one really hard jab. But i if i do alot of jabs they either some out hard and slow or fast and shity all weak and stuff. So can you help me make it fast and hard at the same time. I would like to hear of any drill or anything actually so please help cause i got my ass kick by a guy 2 day he throw like six hard fast jabs in a row and all of them were fast and hard so 2 me a jab is really important right now

i was at the gym today, and inquired about that.

The trainer wasnt in so I may have a better answer later, but some drills that i can suggest in the meantime are.

1. 30 second spirts of left jab up and down the bag,  i.e. crouch down jab, slowly stand up while jabbing approx every 6 inches, then slowly work down the bag again, and repeat.

2. just throw as many as you can as fast as you can till your arm turns to jello, then do 1,2's til you arm feels strong again, then continue with the 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1  again,  and just repeat,  there no real time frame to follow.  it's obvious that the person that practices 1/2 hour a day will be stronger them the person that practices 10 minutes a day , just make sure that your time invested is 100% intense.

 anyway, hope this helps,
