A good way to get a faster
A good way to get a faster punch is to shadowbox with weighted gloves or dumbbells. This training will be tough but when you switch to regular gloves or handwraps, it will feel like nothing and your punches should be significantly faster. Also, when your punching, pretend you are shooting your fist out of a cannon. Your fist is the cannon ball except with a string attached so it snaps right back. Furthermore, clap push ups (double and triple) train your hand speed and should increase your overall endurance. Hope it helps. Harrison
