Hi all, i've boxed at amateur level a few times when i was 15 and have just recently got back in the game again (9 years later). A big problem i have is that i always seem to lift my chin when throwing my jab! As a shorter guy mainly up against taller opponents i know that this is like playing with fire. Where i could get away with it at 15 i know i'm going to be taking much harder shots now. So i was just wondering if anyone knew any good training techniques to enable me to overcome this problem!
