I'm 14 i weigh 280 my height is 6'2 and im starting to strength train and learn about boxing, i havea history on a lot of sports, its the summer and im trying to lose some weight and become stronger,i dont look really over weight but i checked on the scale, i have a heavy bag, weights, bike, i run sometimes, i do sit ups and stuff, if you have any advice or things i should work on please I NEED HELP!!
