That was always the difference between Muhammad Ali and the rest of us. He came, he saw, and if he didn't entirely conquer -- he came as close as anybody we are likely to see in the lifetime of this doomed generation.

First, you can read the entire site and then implement what you read. If you aren't at least willing to do that, then I'm afraid you are out of luck. Your other option is to hire someone to watch you 24/7 to ensure you are living and eating properly. That was sarcasm, by the way. You need to take some responsibility for your current situation and then change it.
1. Want to lose your extra weight? Read the boxing nutrition part of the site and then start consuming fewer calories than you are burning.
2. Want to increase your strength/power? Read the articles on strength training and conditioning.
3. Want to be a better boxer, increased stamina and so on? Read the majority of this site and then practice what you read.
If you need more guidance than that, consider the 12 week boxing training program which combines all of this.
