Boxing is my way of life but my weight is pulling me back

I am 16 years old and have been boxing for a long time ive been through sparring now my coach wants to put me with his best in order to do that i must weigh at least 140-135 pounds im weighing at 150 pounds right now and used to weigh 210 pounds how do i lose the 10-15 pounds in a month or less i eat once a day and run 2 miles do at least 100 pushups and 150 sit-ups a day and i aint losing weight how can i drop weight fast?????

your doing it completely

your doing it completely wrong.. start weight training and eating right
meals every 2 hours and start at 500 calories below maintence.. the increased muscle from weight training will burn extra calories.. if your not gettin the desired results from weight training run on your off days.. i suggest ripptoes starting strength as a program google it and youll find the routine.. also make sure your getting 1-1.5grams of protein/lb of body fat.. yourwelcome
