Hi everyone. I am completely new to boxing but I love watching it. I am going to learn some boxing to sort of improve my martial arts sparring skills because nobody is better with their hands than boxers. I will be learning on my own because I don't have a trainer near me. So, my question is, what do you think of the 12 week boxing course advertised on the How To Box site and, alternatively, have any of you ever used the Title Boxing instructional DVDs (see http://store.titleboxing.com/title-boxing-instructional-dvds.html). Any advice on good training dvds would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for entertaining the questions of a newbie. Take care.

I'd give you an opinion

I'd give you my opinion, but I am a bit biased :)

I have always adhered to two principles. The first one is to train hard and get in the best possible physical condition. The second is to forget all about the other fellow until you face him in the ring and the bell sounds for the fight.
