Hey my name is Scott. I am looking for the best and quickest way to build my abs and stomach muscles. I need results in about a week or two. In two weeks I'm hitting the boardwalk picking up girls, and then i have a fight. I'm looking for any information you know food, workouts, or anything else just no supplements. (I'm all natural)

First off, get your diet
First off, get your diet straight. Drink a ton of water, as much as you can. Cut out all the junk food, eat alot of fruits, veggies, and whole grain stuff. Up your high intensity cardio. Add sprints, hill training, and jump rope. Do cardio everyday. Do abs right after your cardio. Drinking water and cardio are most important.

One weeks isn't enough time....
The prior comments about diet & cardio are right on the spot but the body doesn't change very fast... not much in a week. Start now & in a few weeks some differences will be visable if you apply yourself hard. Good luck with flashin the babes:)

Abs
You need to lose the fat around your stoumach for your abs to be even visable which means at least <10% body fat, so your going to need to burn a lot of calories. Also a lot of core strength exercises like situps, V-ups, planks, ab wheel, medicine ball catches (favourite ab workout ever), medicine balls are a great way to build up abs, or just a bag of rice 5kg is a good cheap alternative if you are rather poor (student) like i am. Hope this helps, also do your workouts before cardio, then try eat/drink 40% of your daily protein intake directly after a workout.
