Hey guys well i just wanted help again but this time with my jab how do you get it faster and stronger at the same time? I could do one really hard jab. But i if i do alot of jabs they either some out hard and slow or fast and shity all weak and stuff.

I just bought a double end bag yesterday and its really fun not only that it give you a great work out. It helps you in many was to it seemed like it made me throw punches fast 2 hit before it moves so i think this is going 2 be a great way 2 get faster.I also think it help you with your fight movement because when you hit it you have to move when it comes back 2 you. It also help you hit a moving target i think this thing is great you could buy one at your local sports store for like 30 bucks so might say they dont have them but you have 2 go see cause they dont know what a double end bag is oh and on the box it says for marial arts or kick boxing but it will still do great because unlike the little ball one you can practice your upper cut. If you cant get it at your local store or just dont have the money make one it shows you how on this web site that  way works good 2.
