I will be 45 this month and am just now takeing up boxing for the first time. After checking out a few local boxing gyms, I got really excited about my new hobby. I then realized I could not afford to join at the moment, so I am learning on my own for now. I am getting a heavy bag and with the help of a friend and your great free website, I can learn all the mechanics of the basics and get a great start with your help. I really appreciate the time and effort you put in your website to help us beginners! Thanks again, Randy.
